Programme SAP RGSALEPC - Send Profit Center Groups or Account Groups via ALE

Description
Program to send a complete profit center hierarchy via ALE. Enter thefollowing parameters:

  • Name of the highest hierarchy node

  • The controlling area of the hierarchy

  • Logical system in which the hierarchy is to be sent. If this remains
    • empty, the hierarchy is sent to all systems determined in thedistribution model.
    The program checks whether ALE is active and transfers all nodes fromthe hierarchy to the ALE level as IDOCs of message type COGRP6 orCOGRP9.

    Precondition

    • Hierarchies can be sent only from the home system of the controlling
      • area.
      • ALE is active for message type COGRP6 or COGRP9 and for the target
        • system.

        Output
        If the selection criteria result in multiple hierarchies, the systemcreates a separate IDOC for each hierarchy.
        In all logical systems supplied with message type CORGRP6 or COGRP9 fromALE, the system creates the hierarchy as it appears in the home system.If you entered a single target system, it appears only in this system.
        This process overwrites existing groups if they belong to the samecontrolling area
