Purpose
Use this program to make indirect cost (IDC) postings relating togrants managed in Grants Management (GM).

Prerequisites
You must first have:

• Created the IDC rules necessary for processing


• Assigned an IDC rule to the grant(s) you want to process

Activities
Make the following selections:


• To specify grants for processing

Company code
Grant or range of grants
If you want to work with a grant group as well as/instead of a grant orrange of grants, specify the relevant grant group in the fieldprovided.
Cutoff date

• To regulate the document created by the program:

Document type and date
Posting date (required) and posting period (optional)

• To test the entries before making any postings, check the test run box.
