Use this program to create accrual postings made in line with GenerallyAccepted Accounting Principles (GGAP) and relating to grants managed inGrantee Management (GM).

Prerequisites
You must first:

• Maintain the accounts to be used in the GAAP accruals posting


• Select an active grant

Selection
Specify the following:

Selection Criteria


• Company code (required)


• Grant or range of grants


• Grant group


• Cutoff date

Documents posted up to and including this date are selected forprocessing.

Output


• The program posts an accrual document for each grant selected.


• A reverse posting indicator is set for each posted document, so that the
document is reversed in a later process.
