If a required standard report has a layout similar to a previously useddata entry form, you can use this report to generate the appropriateline layout rules for the standard report from the corresponding linelayout rules of the data entry form. At the same time,the totalscounters of the data entry form are automatically converted to thecorresponding totals items of the standard reports. Manual maintenanceof the line layout rules can be necessary in individual cases,especially if totals are to be formed from quantity items (such asemployee number).
