Description
This program reconciles data in period 1 of the changeover year ifautomatic reversal documents (whose original documents were posted inthe previous year) are reposted in period 1 after any existingfinancial and transaction data has been deleted using RGCEUR60.
The program RGCEUR00 is used for the recociliation of period 1 values.It runs during the changeover process in the RECON phase.

Precondition
The program RGCEUR60 has already run in update mode.
