The report prints residential lease-outs and, if requested, theaccompanying letter.
The letters are printed per
lease-out and you can decide which letters to print for whichrecipients.

Letter Maintenance

Before you initially run the report there must be at least one formletter for the residential lease-out in the word processing systemwhich you use for correspondence. This also applies to the accompanyingletter to the tenant.
These letters are found in the following documentgroups:

• Residential lease-outs are in document group WMV1.


• Residential lease-outs letters are in document group
WMVA.
Make sure this requirement has been fulfilled.
