Simulation of the Transferred Advance Payments

Purpose
This report simulates which advance payments would be transferred in aservice charge settlement.
It is only for use for objects which have not yet been settled.

Selection
When you run the selection for the settlement units, the participatinglease-outs are determined. For each lease-out a flow type is displayedbased on the condition type resulting from the settlementparticipation. All reference flow types belonging to the followingrelationship types are read for this flow type:
002 Follow-up posting
032 Follow-up posting credit memo
038 Vacancy
039 Own use
050 Legacy data transfer
All advance payments (planned or actual, depending on the indicator inthe initial screen) with a due date (ZFBDT) within the settlementperiod are read from table BSID or VIBEPP, and assigned to the recordwith the corresponding flow type.

Output
You receive a list with one record for each flow type and lease-out andthe simulated transferred advance payments as a gross value. You usethe report to simulate advance payments to be transferred before youcarry out the productive settlement, and in this way recognize anyincorrect postings before they are made.
