Before you initially run the report there must be at least one formletter for this rent adjustment in the word processing system which youuse for correspondence.
The letters for adjustments subject to approval are found indocument group ANPI. The letters for adjustments notsubject to approval are found in document group ANPN.
Make sure this requirement has been fulfilled.
