You have to select the rental agreements to be adjusted and thecondition types to be changed in the selection screen. As in a standardrent adjustment, you have to enter a valid-from date and a useridentification.
Output
All conditions of all rental agreements that fulfil the selectioncriteria and that are adjustable are displayed in the output list.
Processing always takes place in two steps:
Selection: You can select items individually using the checkbox orcertain groups of items using the menu or pushbuttons (for instance;all changed items, all items with errors).
Editing: Then you choose an operation (for instance: rounding,correction, saving) to be applied to all selected condition items.
You can also open a dialog box by double-clicking on a condition itemand entering the new values directly. Depending on the contract type(area contract or otherwise), you can change the condition amount perarea or the total amount.
The icons before the condition items indicate their status: green orred icons symbolize correct or incorrect values (see above) and apencil means that the values have changed.
In the last display line, the number of rental agreements selected onthe basis of your entries is indicated as well as the number of thosethat are adjustable. If fewer RAs can be adjusted than were selected,you can branch directly to the rent adjustment log via a hotspot for anexplanation. You can review your selection entries by choosing 'Goto ->Display selection screen' in the menu.
