or confirmations of notices onrental agreements.
The letters are printed per rental agreement. By setting upcorrespondence activities you can decide whichletters to print for which recipients.

Letter Maintenance

Before you initially run the report there must be at least one formletter for this purpose in the word processing system which you use forcorrespondence.
These letters are found in document group MKVM(Notice given by landlord), MKNW (Confirmation of notice given bytenant not for requested date and MKWD (Notice given by tenant forrequested date).
Make sure this requirement has been fulfilled.
