Purpose
With this report, you can carry out evaluations for option rates of allReal Estate-relevant objects. Real Estate objects are businessentities, properties, buildings and settlement units, master settlementunits and correction items.

Selection
Define your selection group in the upper part of the screen. Dependingon what you select, the selection criteria in the middle part of theselection screen change. This leads to different evaluation views.
You can also specify an additional line for the title of the evaluationand determine a specific display variant (which is always dependent onthe evaluation view).

Output
Customer-specific display variants for each evaluation view can be setand saved. The system automatically finds and starts the variant thatis identified as the default.
