The report prints commercial rental agreements and the accompanyingletter for each rentalagreement if requested.
The letters are printed per rental agreement. You can decide whichletters to print for which recipients.

Letter Maintenance

Before you initially run the report there must be at least one formletter for the commercial rental agreement in the word processingsystem you use for correspondence. This also applies to theaccompanying letter to the tenant.
These letters are found in the following documentgroups:

• Commercial rental agreements are part of document group

GEMV.

• The accompanying letter for commercial rental agreements is part of
document group GEWA.
Make sure this requirement has been fulfilled.
