Checking Customizing Settings for Electronic Account Statements

Purpose
To be able to import electronic account statements for Real Estatemanagement, you require a series of Customizing settings in FI and RE.This report checks the existence and consistency of the most importantsettings.
In FI Customizing, the report checks:
Banking data: Company code, house bank ID and house bank account ID,the relevant currency and the G/L account master record.
Transaction type: Includes transactions with the interpretationalgorithms 000 (user exit) , 040, 041 (Treasury), 050, 051 (RealEstate).
Internal transaction: The account determination and the posting keymust exist and be correct on both posting levels 1 (bank posting) and 2(posting to customer account) for every internal transation found.
In RE Customizing, the report checks:
The assignment of every internal transaction to either processing type01 (incoming payment) or 02 (outgoing payment)
Transaction categories: The relevant transaction categories and theiraccount determination must exist and be correct for the transactioncategories 3UAN (unqualified down payment), 3RET (returned debitmemos), and 3GEB (returned debit memo charges).
Im Customizing for Treasury, the report checks:
The settings for rejection postings: The relevant transaction categoryand its account determination for non-assignable incoming payments.
Maintenance of the number range for rejection postings.

Prerequisites
You use the FI-BL component (bank accounting, electronic accountstatements) for automatic processing of incoming payments and returneddebit memos in Real Estate management.

Output of check list: Correct settings shown with green light; errorswith red light and note of relevant Customizing menu path.
