Programme SAP RFVDXKTF - XPRA: Account assignment reference determination 3.0

Description
The XPRA RFVDXKTF 'Account assignment reference determination 3.0'

  • converts the entries from partner management to the fields for the new
  • business partner to be used from Release 3.0.
    • generates the new table TZKN8 to be used from Release 3.0. This table
    • contains the value groups which have been defined.

      1. Conversion of partner data
The system changes the entries in tables TZKN1, TZKN2 and TZKN6 if oldpartner management data is held in the 'TABNAME' and 'FIELDNAME'fields.
The old and new field values are as follows:
      Old value,, New value
      TABNAME FIELDNAME,, TABNAME FIELDNAME
      SPRT1 CNTRY_H ,, VZKPART CNTRY_H
      SPRT1 KZPTP ,, VZKPART TYPE
      VZPARZJ SRECHST ,, VZKPART LEGAL_ENTY
      VZPARZJ SRECHTST ,, VZKPART LEGAL_ORG
      VZPARZJ SWIRTBR ,, VZKPART IND_SECTOR
      VZPARZJ SUNTBEZ ,, VZKPART COMP_RE
      VZPARZN SWIRTBR ,, VZKPART EMP_SECTOR
      VZPARJB SUNTBEZ ,, VZKPART CCOM_RE
After conversion, no entries with old values should be left in theabove tables.

      2. Generation of table TZKN8 'Acct assignm. ref.: Define value groups'
Table TZKN8 was created with Release 3.0 to simplify maintenance of thedata for determining the account assignment reference.
In earlier releases, all the values were entered in a single screen andvalue groups were then assigned to the values.
From Release 3.0, you first define the value groups and then enter thevalues for the chosen value group in a detail screen.
The reference to the value group is in table TZKN2, which contains allthe values.
The program uses this table to generate table TZKN8, in other words, itenters all the value groups which have been defined in the new table. When table TZKN8 is generated, a text is required for each value group. The system fills this field with the text from the first value itreads. The text for the values should always have been entered.

      3. Restarting the program in case of error
If a database error occurs while the program is running, this could bedue to a technical error (e.g. lack of table space), datainconsistencies or a program error.
First check to see if the storage space is sufficient to accommodatethe new table entries.
You can restart the program at any time.
If the program error still occurs, please contact SAP Treasury to carryout an error analysis.

      4. What happens if you do not run the XPRA?
You can only omit running the XPRA if no data has been entered forautomatic determination of the account assignment reference (in otherwords, if tables TZKN1, TZKN2, TZKN6 and TZKN7 are empty for allclients).
If you do not run this report program, and data for determining theaccount assignment reference already exists, errors may occur when youtry to determine the account assignment reference automatically:

      • Errors can occur when partner data has been used to determine the
      • account assignment reference
        • You cannot maintain existing settings for determining the account
        • assignment reference, since the value groups will not have beengenerated.
