Description
The report delivers information about terminated postings that ought tohave been parked using "Park Document" or "Save Document Completely"(with module PRELIMINARY_POSTING_DOC_WRITE). This includes changes madeto the document header using transaction FBV4 that lead to the creationof a new parked document because the document identification is changed.Furthermore, the program considers postings for parking that arrive inFI from other applications (such as MIR7).
It does not consider terminated postings that occurred when parkeddocuments were changed or deleted.
To analyze these or other terminated postings, you can use the "DisplayData" function in the terminated postings display screen (transactionSM13).
In this way, the program supports the gap-free documentation of alldocument numbers issued and documents the most important informationrelating to the documents that were not posted.
The list consists of three parts:
Information per document
Document header fields
Fields per line item (account, posting key, amounts, taxes)
Statistics
Number of terminated postings per user/company code
Chronology
Chronological list of terminated postings
If you select the detailed log, part 1 no longer forms part of the list.
