Loading TR-CM Memo Records from Files into the System

Description
The program imports memo records created outside the system and createsthe records in the system. See below for information on the file formatssupported.
During the import, the external data is check to ensure it is compatiblewith the system. It is then check again to ensure it is consistent withthe the memo records created in the system.
You can permit the generation of a Structure forExternal Generation of Memo Records.

Precondition

Data Requirements
Each line in the external memo record data must satisfy at least thefollowing criteria:
The company code and planning type must agree.
Either a planning group or the bank account must bespecified.

Data Structure
External data must match the data structure FDES_IMPORT.

Output
The system creates memo records.

Example
You create memo records using Excel and store them on your PC in Excelformat. You then decide to transfer the memo records in Excel format tothe system. You use this program to do that.
