Description
The planning memo records of the cash position and the liquidityforecast are managed with this transaction.
The system displays the memo records in a list. You can select anindividual record for display and modification.
In the list, you can select memo records in order to transfer themafterwards into an archive. After they are archived, the records are nolonger relevant to the cash position and liquidity forecast, but arestill available for evaluations (for example, for calculating theaverage interest on fixed-term deposits from last year).
Memo records in the archive can be processed in a similar manner. Tolist these records, specify the required archive category during thetransaction. The system displays a list of the memo records stored inthis archive.
If such records are selected, they can then be reactivated later.
