Description
Printout of structures which are similar to the balance sheet/P+L.
During the printout, the account intervals defined in the structure aredeleted and printed instead with the corresponding account texts.
G/L accounts with different (debit/credit) financial statement keysare displayed with both keys.

Precondition
The input parameter is the name of a valid balance sheet/P&Lstructure.
