Purpose
This program converts the commitment item from the internal display(FIPEX) to the external display (FIPEX) in the following tables of HR:ASSOB, PTEX2000, PTEX2020, PTEX2003GEN and PTEX2003SPEC.
The conversion is only carried out when at least one commitment itemhas been created in the system. The program can be started as often asyou wish.

Integration
This conversion program runs with the upgrade to the R/3 EnterpriseRelease 4.7.

Core
Starting from Release 4.7, the commitment item has an internal andexternal program representation, where the conversion between internaland external representation is only unambiguous in a client. To enableAccounting and HR to continue in different systems (as before), HR mustbe converted to the external representation. This program converts thenecessary data.

IS-PS old customers
Until now, HR and Accounting needed to run in the same clients. This isno longer necessary once HR has converted to the external display ofthe commitment item.

Output
The conversion program creates a log at the end of processingdescribing the converted clients and the number of table linesconverted in the individual clients.
