Purpose
This program converts the old Customizing for budget consistency andavailability control from table FM01F to table FM01TOL.

Features
The program generates entries for versions that are not zero for fiscalyear '0000', and for all fiscal years that have budget data in tablesBPJA or BPGE, in table FM01TOL.
If there are already table entries in table FM01TOL, the programcorrect can correct the relevant fields.
The program can be restarted.
The program can be called up again in the background.
