Description
The fiscal year has been added to the commitment item assignment forthe carryforward item category. This means you can now assign adifferent commitment item for each fiscal year.
To this end, a new table, FMVORTR0, has been created containing theheader entries (FM area and carryforward item category). The key field"Fiscal year" has been added to the old table, FMVORTR.
This program creates new table FMVROTR0 entries for the FM area andcarryforward item category entries from table FMVORTR which have fiscalyear "0000". If the field FMVORTR-FIPEX is blank, the value for it isdetermined from field FMVORTR-FIPOS. The new FMVORTR entries withfiscal year "1900" are also cleared and the old FMVORTR entries withfiscal year 0000 are deleted.
The program processes all FMVORTR entries in all clients. The recordsare converted client-by-client.
The program generates a log with the standard log interface.
If the program aborts during an upgrade, you can start it again at anytime.
