Attach Footnotes

Purpose
You can attach footnotes to any record in the extract file.

Prerequisites
To attach a footnote, you need a FACTS II extract file that is notempty.

Output
On the first screen, you see a list of all the SGL account detailrecords in the FACTS II. Click a line to which you want to attach afootnote. This highlights the particular record.
Click the footnote icon (pencil) to take you to the footnote screen.
Click the icon for insert, change, or delete a line for the footnote.
Choose Save.
