Programme SAP RFKORS00 - Customer: Standard Letters

Description
The report selects the customers for whom standard letters are to beoutput and creates corresponding requests in the table forcorrespondence requests in accounting.
After the selection, the current correspondence requests created bythis report are output using the trigger report for correspondence andthe print report. The requests that have been processed arereorganized.

Prerequisites
The correspondence types that you require must be configured in theImplementation Guide for Financial Accounting under <(>-> BusinessTransactions<)> Correspondence. For more information about theconfiguration of individual correspondence types, see the documentationof the print report for correspondence. RFKORD40 is the standard printreport delivered for standard letters.
The text to be printed in the standard letter must be created in therequired language using transaction SO10. The standard letter can onlybe printed in one language for each report run. The customers musttherefore be selected accordingly and the report started for eachlanguage required.

Output
If correspondence is output, for each report run, a log with the spoolrequests created by the print report is output. If you do not specifythe printer for the log in the report, then potentially, the printerfrom the user master record of the person starting the program is used,or the printer specified when you scheduled the job is selected. If yourun the report online, the log is output on the screen. If you schedulethe program as a job, the spool request name of the log consists of theID F140, the printer name, the date of creation, and the program IDKORS.
Correspondence is output by the relevant print programs. If output ispossible based on the data material and the configuration, one spoolrequest is output for each correspondence type and company code.Regardless of whether output actually takes place, the correspondencerequests procesed are marked as completed with a print date so thatreorganization can take place.
