Purpose
The program imports a file with the document extract (abbreviateddocuments) of tables DFKKKO_SHORT, DFKKOP_SHORT, andDFKKOPK_SHORT.

Integration

Prerequisites
The file must have a format referred to in the documentation forFPDE_EXP. The file must not be created byFPDE_EXP orFPDE_AEXP; an extract can also containdocuments from external systems.

Selection
Enter the name of the required extract file. If there is already anextract with the same name in the database, you can overwrite theexisting extract or only import those documents that are not in thedatabase already.

Output
In addition to the number of documents that were imported, the programalso provides the number of defective documents. The cause of this erroris usually a duplicate document number.
