Payment history: Determine posting totals

Purpose
The program determines for a given posting month the totals postedduring the month in order for a comparison to be made later with thepayments received in the periods.

Integration
The program should run after closing of a posting month and beforearchiving of the documents because the results could otherwise beerroneous.

Features
The program can be repeated but results generated prior to the repeatrun will be overwritten.
The program can run in a test run without the totals being updated.
