Purpose
This report:
Reads a file created by the report for selecting open items
Collects the items in an internal table with a predefined structure
Provides the table in an ALV grid for evaluation
You can use the report directly or use it as a template for your ownevaluations.

Integration
You can create a file with open items in reports FPO1
, FPO1P , FPO4, orFPO4P
(additional specification in dataset output in binary mode).

Selection
Select a file using the relevant parameters. Notethat you must always run the report on the application server on whichthe file is located. For a file from a mass activity, this could be adifferent application server for every interval.

Output
The items from the file are collected in an internal table with apredefined structure by means of COLLECT and displayed as ALVgrid. If you start the report in the background, you have to enter anALV grid variant when you schedule the report.
If the structure entered does not provide sufficient summarization ofthe internal table, performance problems can arise.
