Description
This report performs the first activity of the dunning history archivingprocedure in Contract A/R and A/P (FI-CA): The creation of an archive ofdunning histories.
The second activity is performed by Report RFKKMA09

: The deletion of dunning histories based on the archive created in thefirst activity.
The related archiving object is FI_MKKDUNN.
INCLUDE FICA_AR_SARA_AOBJ OBJECT DOKU ID TX
After the selected dunning histories have been printed, the systemchecks their terms. Once the term has expired, the dunning histories areare archived (you can set the term of a dunning notice in Customizing).

Notes
The following checks prevent a dunning notice being archived:

• Error ERR_COPRI: Dunning notice was not printed


• Error ERR_NOLD: The term of the dunning notice has not yet
expired

• Error ERR_NDOC: Dunned document has not been archived yet
