Purpose
You can use this report as a preprocessing run for archiving billing doc
uments. It covers:
The analysis of billing documents with respect to possible deletion of a
dditional data.
The deletion of additional data for billing documents from the database.
The deletion of customer-specific tables if the SAP table for additional
data is only a reference to your tables.
The deletion run deletes the data from table DFKKINVBILL_A forthe billing documents.

Prerequisites
An entry can only be deleted if the To Date and the date of creation ofthe document are before the defined residence period (residence period c
heck).

Features
Using the event 2754, you can define further checks for the delet
ion of the additional data of billing documents in a subsequent analysisprocess.
With event 2752 you can delete your own tables.

Selection
When you start the report, you can restrict the dataset to be analyzed t
o specific documents using the billing document number or the documenttype.
If you start the report as a test run, there are no changes to the datab
ase.
If you start the report as a productive run, there are changes to the da
tabase.
The detail log contains detailed data for each data recordanalyzsed. However, if a large volume of data is involved, the overviewis not very clear.
In the field Comment for Deletion Run, you can enter andindividual comment for a deletion run.
