Purpose
This report performs the second step for archiving billing documents: Itdeletes billing documents on the basis of the archive that was alreadycreated.
The report reads the documents belonging to an archiving run from thearchive, and deletes the appropriate entries from the database tables.

Integration
The archiving object for archiving the billing documents is FKKBILLDOC.
Use the following transactions:

• Viewcluster Maintenance (AOBJ) - takes you to
the definition of the archiving object and to the related Customizing.

• Archive Administration (SARA) - takes you to
archive administration and the related Customizing.

• Archive Information System (SARI) - provides a
technical view of archived billing documents.

Activities
If the table for the additional data is only a reference table, you candelete the entries in your customer-specific tables for event 2752.
If you start the report as a test run, there are no changes tothe database.
If you start the report in update mode, changes are made to thedatabase.
The detail log contains very detailed data for each data recordanalyzed. However, if a large volume of data is involved, this may makethe overview less clear.
