Purpose
With this report you can delete images of documents whose life has beenexceeded. Note that you can only delete images created via the DocumentManagement Service. Images of documents that were transferred on thecreation of the documents in DMS are not deleted.
The number of documents is listed in an ALV grid. The number in theNumber in DB column specifies the number of documents whosemanagement data is still stored in the database table DFKKDOC andthe number in the Number in Archive column specifies the numberof documents whose management data has already been archived.
If the management data is still in the database, this data is alsodeleted after the deletion of the images.
