Purpose
You use this report to delete archived files of the archiving objectPH_PARCT from the database. This archiving object contains the databasetables of the official receipts. Normally, this report is startedautomatically (by Archive Management) after the writeprogram Archiving of Official Receipts(Philippines) has finished. In the event of an error occurring, thedeletion program can be started manually using Archive Management. Inthis case, the archive files to be deleted are selected manually viatheir archive keys.
First of all, the selected archive files are read from the archive andthen deleted in the database to make sure that only archived files aredeleted.
Furthermore, the deletion program creates an index entry in the tableARCH_IDX. This index entry is defined in the write program and offersdirect access to specific documents in the archive.

Features

Selection
When starting the program manually, a test run flag can be activated,in which case no archives are deleted. The test mode can also bestarted by activating the corresponding flag when running the writeprogram.

Output
The program writes all output messages to a log file. In productionruns, the log file also shows how many objects have been deleted.
