Change Documents for Unilateral and Reciprocal Cover EligibilityAssignments

Purpose
The program displays changes made to cover eligibility relationships.

Prerequisites
You have made or changed the relevant cover eligibility assignments.

Selection
You can choose between displaying change documents for unilateral andreciprocal cover eligibility.
Depending on the way you choose to display the unilateral andreciprocal cover eligibility data, you can further restrict yourselection to relevant FM account assignments (for unilateral andreciprocal cover eligibility) or cover pools (for reciprocal covereligibility).
To do this, enter the relevant selection options in the 'Selectioncriteria for reciprocal cover eligibility' or 'Selection criteria forunilateral cover eligibility' groups.
You can also limit your selection according to date of change, username of the person who made the change and the action carried out ('I'for inserted records, 'R' for deleted records and 'U' for changedrecords), you do this in the 'Selection criteria for changeinformation' group.

Output
Change documents for reciprocal cover eligibility
Data is displayed in a list grouped according to cover pool andassigned FM account assignments.
Change documents for unilateral cover eligibility
Data is displayed in a list grouped according to the expenditures FM FMaccount assignments subject to cover and assigned expenditures FMaccount assignments eligible for cover.
By clicking on an individual item in the list you can see details ofthe change that was made.
