Purpose
Use this program to archive FM budgeting totals (archiving objectFM_TT) from the database table FMBDT.

Prerequisites
Before starting this program, make sure that the line itemscorresponding to your current selection have already been archived. Formore information please have a look at the archiving object FM_LI or atDocumentation of the program to archive line items.

Features
Data selected for archiving is stored in archive file(s) if all of thefollowing conditions are fullfilled:

• the selection criteria are fulfilled


• the fiscal year(s) selected is in the past


• the corresponding line items (table FMBDP) have already been archived.

All records with the same FM area and fund are grouped in the respectivedata objects.

Selection
You can limit the amount of data to be archived by selecting the FM area
, fund or funds, fiscal year and version.
