Matching totals records and line items in Cash Budget Management
The program has the following parameters:

• FM area


• Fiscal year in Cash Budget Management


• Period in Cash Budget Management. If you do not make an entry in this
field, then the whole year is checked.

• Commitment item for which totals are not to be included in the check.

Here, if required, you can enter the transfer item for the cashholdings.

• List output


• Update totals record table. If you choose this option, it is best if
you process a whole fiscal year. This avoids unnecessary updates in thetotals table.

Output
Check log and, if required, a detailed list of errors.
