Title
Conversion of funds commitments containing revenues commitment items

Purpose
For upgrades from 3.1 or 4.0 to 4.5 or 4.6, funds reservations havegenerally been converted to funds commitments. Consequently, fundsreservations that contain items with revenues commitment items havebeen incorrectly converted. These should have been converted toforecasts of revenues. The program selects these reservations, outputsa list of document numbers and allows the conversion of documents toforecasts of revenues.

Prerequisites
The program also outputs a list of funds commitments that contain bothitems with expenditures commitment items and items with revenuescommitment items. These cannot be converted.
