Purpose
The program deletes RIBobjects with all the corresponding attributes. When you run theprogram, the index entries that assign budget addresses to RIB objectsare also deleted.
The program only deletes unused RIB rules.
Any errors found are displayed in the application log. The objectswithout errors are always saved and the number of saved objects isdisplayed.

Selection

• Restriction to FM account assignments elements: Restrict the program to
the funds centers and commitment items for which you want to delete RIBobjects.

• Restriction to RIB objects: Specify whether you want to delete active,
frozen or inactive RIB objects, as well as the calculation formula to beused.

• Processing options: Specify whether you first want to carry out a test
run, and select a layout to be used if necessary.

Output
The list of deleted RIB objects is displayed. An error log is displayedin a separate dialog box if there were errors during the deletion of RIBobjects.
