Purpose
Use this program to archive FM line items data (archiving object FM_LI)from the database table FMBDP.

Prerequisites
Before starting this program, make sure that the budget entry documentscorresponding to your current selection have already been archived. Formore information please have a look at the archiving object FM_ED or atDocumentation of the program to archive entry documents

Features
Data selected for archiving is stored in archive file(s) if all of thefollowing conditions are fullfilled:

• the selection criteria are satisfied


• records must have a past fiscal year, i.e. FMBDP-RYEAR < current fiscal
year of corresponding FMBDP-RFIKRS

• there are no corresponding budget entry documents (-> table FMBH).

From the technical point of view all records with an identical FM areaand fund are grouped in data objects.

Selection
You can limit the amount of data to be archived by selecting the numberof the line item record, FM area, fund(s) and the fiscal year andversion.
