Create funds commitment from standing request

Purpose
If you create a standing request, the program automatically generates afunds commitment for the appropriate current fiscal year. Standingrequests are usually valid for several years, funds commitments areyear-dependent. This means that a new funds commitment has to becreated after the fiscal year change, inasmuch as the standing requestis still valid in the new fiscal year.
You can use this program to create new funds commitments after thefiscal year change and update the associated standing request originaldocuments.

Prerequisites
The program generates the funds commitment documents on account of theentries in the step Create funds commitmentfor standing request, that were defined in Customizing for FundsManagement Government.

Features
The program selects all standing request original documents for whichan automatic generation of funds commitments was set in the Customizingfor Funds Management Government. The program checks for thestanding requests selected if the funds commitments contained there arestill valid in the fiscal year you entered on the selection screen. Ifa funds commitment is no longer valid, the program creates a new oneand then updates the funds commitment number in the standing requestoriginal document affected.
The program completes the process by issuing a results log.
