Transferring Residual Budgets from Cover Pools

Purpose
This function makes it easier to transferResidual Budgets from coverpools. Before you carry forward the budget into the new year, you cancollect residual budget from the various cover pools into anFM account assignment.
The program is called for an FM area, fiscal year and budget subtype. Assource account assignment, you can enter one or more cover pools. Theprogram converts the existing residual budget from the source accountassignment(s) to the target account assignment entered.
If you do not enter a fund for the target account assignment, thetransfer occurs on the 'empty' fund.
If you do not enter a budget subtype, the transfer takes place with the'empty' budget subtype.
Once the program has been executed a log is issued. It lists whether thetransfer was successful or not for each fund. For successful transfers,the log also has an entry document number.
