Conversion of table FMCOPI after the upgrade on release IS-PS 462

Purpose
This program sets the new field QGJAHR (CO fiscal year) in table FMCOPIto the value of field GJAHR (FM fiscal year).
Note on German government customers
Until now the planning data transfer for these customers has not beenreleased. If you had already carried out tests with the planning datatransfer before release 462, the program deletes all entries in tableFMCOPI.
