Description
The program copies carryforward rules from a carryforward parameter andfiscal year into (another) carryforward parameter and (another) fiscalyear.
Other parameters:

• "Delete old rules (target)":

Any carryforward rules which exist in the target object are deleted.

• "Only copy if everything OK":

If the indicator is activated, the copy procedure is only carried outif all the carryforward rules can be copied. Even if only one errorwould occur for one of the rules, still nothing is copied.
If the indicator is NOT activated, the rules which can be copiedwithout any problems are copied. Rules where problems would occur arenot copied.

• "Test run":

In the test run mode, the carryforward rules are not copied but onlytested.

Precondition


• The target carryforward parameter and/or the target fiscal year must be
different from the reference.

• No carryforward rules are allowed to be defined in the target object.
(Exception: if the "Delete old rules (target)" parameter is activated).

• The carryforward rules must correspond to the carryforward type of the
target carryforward parameter.

• The FM account assignments must be defined in the target fiscal year.

Output


• List of the carryforward rules copied.


• List of the carryforward rules which could not be deleted.


• List of the carryforward rules deleted.
