Purpose
This program deletes covereligibility rules for automatic cover groups.

Prerequisites
You have created cover eligibility rules for automatic cover groupsusing the mass generation or via manualmaintenance.

Features
When you run the program, it deletes all cover eligibility rules forautomatic cover groups according to the selection criteria.
Note
When you delete cover groups with assigned budget addresses whichalready have budget or posting data, you must run thereconstruction of the AVC ledgers involved(transaction FMAVCREINIT).

Selection

• Enter an FM area, fiscal year and availability control ledger.


• Restriction on cover groups: select the cover groups for which
you want to delete CE rules.

• Restriction on FM account assignments: you can further restrict
the selection of cover groups to be deleted by selecting thecorresponding FM account assignments.
Note
The CE rule of the cover group with all assigned budget addresses isdeleted if at least one of the assigned budget addresses is selectedhere.

• Decide whether you want to run the program in test mode first by
checkmarking Test Run.

Output
The output list contains the automatic cover groups with the assignedbudget addresses and their roles. You can also display an error log ifthere were errors during the deletion of CE rules.

Example
In this example, the following automatic cover groups have been created,for which you specify deletion criteria:


• Cover group CG01 with assigned budget addresses BA1 and BA2


• Cover group CG02 with assigned budget addresses BA3 and BA4


• Cover group CG03 with assigned budget addresses BA5 and BA6

If you restrict the selection to the cover groups ranging from CG01 toCG02, but specify a budget address equal to BA3, only cover group CG02will be deleted.
