Purpose
This report allows the user to choose entry documents from a selectionlist. It can only be called from another program.
The report returns the key of selected(s) documents to the callingprogram, via SAP memory. It does not support the document display.

Selection
The selection parameters are header-oriented:

• ,,FM area (mandatory)


• ,,User name: when the program is used to search held documents, this
field is displayed and cannot be ,,changed. This is done to limit theaccess to held documents of other users.

• ,,Document year (range)


• ,,Document number (range)


• ,,Document family (range)


• ,,Process (range)


• ,,Version (range)


• ,,Creation user (range): this field is only accessible when effective
documents are processed

• ,,Original application (range)

The FM area is unique for the whole list. Therefore, it is onlydisplayed in the header.
