Description
In the component Funds Management Government , you use theprogram RFFMBUE1 to save a budget version's original budget foran FM area/fiscal year, to an external file. You choose between a Unixfile and a PC file.
This is how program RFFMBUE1 provides import data for program RFFMBUI1(Batch import of original budget to a budget version). You implementboth programs within the context of euro conversion, in order totransfer budget data from the euro FM area to the original FM area.
You execute the export in the background, separately and sequentially,for the appropriate value types.

The budget texts of the two value types are not exported.

• The program starts by executing an authorization check. In order to
execute the program, you must have activated the activity (46)first transfer, reconstruct, fiscal year change, for authorizationobject F_FICB_FKR (FM area).

• The program exports consistent budget only. Before executing the
program, check if the budget data to be exported from a budget version,is consistent.
For this, choose Info system -> Report selection -> Analyses ->Budget -> Budget consistency check.

Output
All data records for distributable budget with the value > 0,00 areexported to the data file. The output of the records is issued in alog.
