Assigning FM Account Assignments to Public-Owned Commercial Operations

Purpose
With this program you can determine which
FM account assignmentsbelong to a public-owned commercial operation (PCO).

Prerequisites

• The PCOs must be created in Customizing of Funds Management.


• The FM account assignments must be created in the master data
maintenance.

Features

Selection
You can select several commitment items by marking the entry with a "*".For example, if you enter 0778* all commitment items that begin withthe figure 0778 are listed.

Output
First the program creates a list of all account assignments determinedfrom the data entered (FM area, fiscal year, FM account assignment).

Activities
Select the FM account assignments that you want to assign to the PCO.Note that account assignments which already have an entry in the columnPCO have already been assigned to this PCO.
Note: You should not change existing assignments as this causesinconsistencies in the system.
When you save the entries, the program assigns all of the selected FMaccount assignments to the selected PCO.
