Purpose
You use this program to transfer the values of a planning version to anet voting version. Net vote is defined as the total of all
expenditure commitment items less the total of all revenue commitments.The program forms these balance values.

Prerequisites

• The net vote structure must be generated.


• Budget data, for example, financial results must exist.

Selection
A budget plan version is transferred to a net voting version for all netvote objects. You can specify which values the program should transfer:


• Original Budget

The program calculates the net vote values from the original budgetvalues (payment budget) of the plan year.

• Supplement

The program calculates the net vote values from the supplement values(payment budget) of the plan year. If you select original budgetand supplement, the program calculates the total from theoriginal budget and supplement.

• Financial Budget

The program calculates the net vote values from the original budget ofthe plan year and the four following plan years.

• Financial Result

The program calculates the net vote values from the financial resultsthat come from the years 3 to 5 before the plan year.

• Payment Budget in Current Year

The program calculates the net vote values from the original budgetvalues and supplements (payment budget) of the current fiscal year.
