Displaying Budget Deficits for Revenues in Annual Budget

Use
This program generates an alphanumeric list of all the revenues FMaccount assignments for which there is a budget deficit in the annualbudget.
The budget deficit results from the comparison ofAdditional Revenue and revenue alreadyassigned. If the assigned value is greater than the additionalrevenue, the difference is displayed as a budget deficit.
