Payment cards: Log file processing

Purpose
Using program RFFCRD20 you can process log file records thatwere created using the payment card processing process in FinancialAccounting.
You can use this program to select the target data records forindividual payment cards. The program is therefore suitable forprocessing by the cardholder or another authorized processor.

Prerequisites
You have the necessary authorizations for authorization objectF_FCRD_DAT.

Features
The functions of the program are similar to those of programRFFCRD10. In contrast to RFFCRD10 data selection iscarried out in this program by entering one or more card numbers.
The selected log records display the current status regarding thegeneration of a financial accounting document. Records, for which no FIdocument or no parked FI document have been entered, cannot beprocessed here.
Card document processing function
The log record shows whether a card document was used or should be usedfor creating accounting documents and if so, which one. The followingactions, for which one or more log records must always be selected, aresome of those that processing allows:

• Creating a card document:

Data such as transaction amount and transaction date are transferredfrom the selected log record or data record. The card document isimmediately assigned to the log record, that is to say thesupplementary creation of an accounting document is assigned to thiscard document.

• Assigning a card document:

From the list of card documents belonging to a payment card, you canselect a document and assign it to the log record.

• Deleting card document assignments:

You can remove the card document number in the selected log records andin doing so undo the assignment.

You can select the choice of data records that are to be processed forfor a Card type using the following parameters:
Card number
Transaction date
Selection code
