Description
Program RFEWACAP runs in the FILL phase. It checks whether the postingperiods from the old closed fiscal years are closed for thecorresponding company codes.

Output
If a posting period is not closed for the closed fiscal years, thenthis is noted in the log and the program is given the "ERR" (error)status. Conversion is then stopped.
