Description
As part of the local currency changeover, this program checks whetherall payment programs have been completed properly before the changeoveris started.

Precondition
The program runs in the FILL phase of the central changeover.

Output
Any errors are documented in the log that you can call up using theprocedure monitor (monitor preprocessing).
